Padel is a social and quick-to-learn racquet sport that is typically played in pairs. The court is smaller than a tennis court, and glass or net walls play a part in the game. A beginner can often start with a simple draw in the first session, but learning the correct rules and moves makes the experience much more enjoyable.

The padel racket is solid, stringless and relatively compact. The call is made from below, and the ball can touch the wall after falling on the court. Scoring is generally considered similar to tennis, but a simplified time or tournament format may apply at a particular club.

A small court does not mean that the game does not require movement. Changing direction quickly, coordinating with your partner and reading the bounce off the wall is an important part of the game.

  • პადელის ჩოგანი — პირველ ეტაპზე გაქირავება სრულიად საკმარისია;
  • პადელის ან დაბალი წნევის შესაბამისი ბურთები, რომლებიც ხშირად კორტს აქვს;
  • სტაბილური კორტის ფეხსაცმელი კარგი გვერდითი მოჭიდებით;
  • კომფორტული სპორტული ტანსაცმელი;

Running shoes are designed for forward motion and some models have less lateral stability. If you plan to play regularly, it is wise to choose specialized shoes.

Hold the racket in front of your body and ready. Do not try to bend with great force; A short controlled stroke is more reliable. Move back and forth with your partner so you don't leave too much space in between. Do not both run at the same time for each ball - use pre-arranged communication.

The ball returning from the wall can be perceived as unusual at first. In the first session, focus on trajectory and position instead of speed.

Check before booking:

  1. Court is open თუ დახურული და რა ხდება ცუდ ამინდში;
  2. როგორია განათება საღამოს საათებში;
  3. შედის თუ არა ჩოგნისა და ბურთის გაქირავება ფასში;
  4. რამდენი წუთია ერთი სლოტი და რა არის დაგვიანების წესი;
  5. არის თუ არა გასახდელი, წყალი და პარკინგი;
  6. შესაძლებელია თუ არა მწვრთნელის ან დამწყების ჯგუფის დაჯავშნა;

The surface of the court must be level, the glass must be undamaged, and the goal and net area must be secured. Do you want a test game in the evening? Estimate the lighting exactly in the evening.

Do not enter the middle of the game to retrieve the ball that has passed to another court. Signal loudly and briefly to your partner when you receive the ball. In the starting group, agree on the tempo in advance and make sure the players are ready before hitting hard.

In the warm-up, include light movement, side steps and a few controlled kicks. Don't keep playing in pain just because of the reserved time.

For the first game, gather four players of similar experience or find a group of beginners. One coaching session will speed up learning the rules, position and use of the wall. Then social games become a good way of regular practice.
