Delete your Fitne account

You can delete your Fitne account and related personal data directly from the application.

How to delete an account

Sign in to your Fitne account.
open up Profile and then Settings.
choose "Delete Account" and confirm the action.

If you can't log in to the application, send a request to the address support@fitne.ge From the email or phone number associated with the account.

What is breaking down?

account profile, contact details and profile photo;
fitness profile, goals, exercise plans and progress records;
food records, food and trainer scan results;
AI Coach correspondence, saved programs and usage records;
Personal visits to facilities, assessments and active memberships.

What can be left?

Technical records of transactions and payments may remain for a limited time for legally required accounting. They are no longer used for application profiling. Anonymized, aggregated statistics may be retained to improve service quality and security.

Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play or App Store subscription. Unsubscribing from the relevant store settings is required.
